A standalone kitchen island with integrated trash and recycling bins. The island was created to add counter space to a small kitchen, features a hideaway leaf, as well as a set of shelves for glassware.

Creating a new space in a carport
These homeowners wanted to create a sitting area in an under utilized portion of their carport. The old walls were removed, new windows installed along with a door. The outside was covered in cedar shakes and white trim. The interior had a simple luan board covering.

This Medford home had a deck with worn deck boards and a poorly constructed railing. After inspection of the deck’s structure, deck boards were replaced. Additionally the old railing was upgraded along with the two staircases. The new deck boards will be stained once they have been seasoned.

These basement stairs were in bad shape, and the interior door not properly closing. All were made of non-treated wood and had become badly rotted. Everything was removed and replaced with new pressure treated wood, and a new solid door and lock installed. The inside step was also removed and replaced.

Shed Repair in Westborough, MA
Repairing a shed in Westborough that had suffered rot. Exterior sheathing was removed, and a number of studs needed replacement. Pressure treated lumber was used for the frame, and new sheathing installed over. The shed will be painted in the spring.
